Our team had to analyze the current state of construction to understand the extent of remediation required to make the building meet code. Kalamoir revised the design and renovated partially completed areas to achieve a new aesthetic intent. Our team worked diligently with the client and consultant to pivot through multiple design changes throughout the course of construction, while still bringing the project in on time and under budget.
